For your viewing pleasure, here is my latest art experiment. It contains all things that I picked up from the ground this weekend while on a walk with Dusty including a variety of fall leaves, sticks, acorn caps, and clam shells (oddly enough). I call this piece grounded, because nature always seems to get my full attention when I'm in it. It offers much opportunity for focus, stimulates many of my senses, and as such is calming for the mind and stressors on the heart. In this season, fall, there is much beauty in the world to be found under my feet it seems, and I am paying attention to that. Noticing. Perhaps you will also find little things, nature's nuggets of fall beauty, under your step (or anywhere in your surroundings) today. Happy Monday!
